Letter to the editor

Dear Mrs. De Leo

thanks for sending me the EVU News where I read detailed reports about the 7th EVU Congress. With pleasure I found myself on two of the photos which you published in the magazine.
All in all it was a wonderful event in which I enjoyed taking part and which reaffirmed my intention to do more research in this field.
In the oncoming summer semester I will lecture about nutrition especially with respect to prevention and rehabilitation. I will emphasise vegetarianism and hope to inspire some students to do their final exams in this direction.
