Dr. Bauer, 85 years old, has been a medical doctor for 60 years. Since 20 years he lives in Arosa next to the health clinic "Prasura" the only "all raw clinic" in Switzerland where he is the treating doctor of the in-patients.

His father was a country doctor and E. Bauer came to know about the limits of the official medicine regarding chronic diseases already in his youth, because he was rather sickly.

He tried to add alternative methods to the official medicine. Today he thinks that nutrition and fasting are the most important things. When asked whether he is a vegetarian he answers that he is neither a hyena nor a jackal which live on dead bodies.

Dr. Bauer will talk about his experiences with Raw Food as a healing method. There will be sufficient time to discuss with him in an afternoon workshop.
