Dr. Bernd Wirsam studied theoretical physics at universities of Göttingen and Gießen, where he had been
lecturer for theoretical physics. He's a researcher in the field of molecular physics, quantum chemistry and in atomic theory.
Dr. Wirsam did numerous publications in several international journals. In 1976 he founded of the software firm "Albat + Wirsam" (http://www.a-w.de). He develops optimization programs for industrial production processes as well as for human diet. He was signalized with the first price of "Innovativer Mittelstand" - "Innovative Middle Class Enterprises". Since 1998 he is correspondence partner of the German Association for Nutrition (http://www.dge.de). He develops computer programs for nutritional advisory (DGE-PC-professional and DGE-ANC). A Health Hotel in Prerow, Germany also belongs to the international enterprise.
